Communities Assisting Children with Special Health Care Needs


OUR MISSION

To work together with communities of people to promote and improve the health, future and quality of life for children and adults with special needs by building partnerships with families, communities, and providers, both public and private.

 


WHO WE ARE:

  • We are parents, professionals, and community members all actively seeking to find ways to build partnerships with our community in an effort to make the quality of life better for our kids with special needs. 
  • Children with Special Health Care Needs is defined very broadly as any child from birth to 21 years of age who has any chronic medical, behavioral or physical condition requiring help for daily functioning, long hospitals stays, or special services. Conditions range in severity and include cerebral palsy, spina bifida, hearing & vision disorders, developmental delays, asthma, diabetes, mental health problems, ADD/ADHD etc...

 

WHAT WE DO:

  • We invite you to join the parents and professionals from Bullhead City, AZ. in the challenge to improve the quality of life for our children with special care needs and their families in our community.
