MISSION STATEMENT:
To work together with communities of
people to promote and improve the health, future and quality of life for
children and adults with special needs by building partnerships with
families, communities, and providers, both public and private.

WHO WE ARE:
- C.A.N.N.E. includes family
members, providers and professionals committed to work together to
improve the services within the communities of San Luis, Gadsden and
Somerton.
WHAT WE DO:
- We are here to help the community
and we work together as a support group for every parent of children
with special needs that need help and orientation.
